This application comes from five senior educators/researchers from Faculty of Health Studies together with three exceptional international researchers in the area of spiritual care.
We build upon the work of the EPPIC research network and their Spiritual Care Educational Standard.
The outlined research program aims to promote VID to become an internationally acknowledged Centre of Excellence by building an outstanding research community for spiritual care education for students in their clinical studies.
Our overall vision is to contribute to enhance spiritual care in nursing practice to the benefit of patients.
The researchers are from different universities and countries.
